Au cours de la s\u00e9ance de PPG \u00e0 18h30, les exercices de Vivien permettent d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer sa foul\u00e9e et plus largement sa technique de course pour \u00ab\u00a0mieux courir et moins se blesse\u00a0\u00bb.
